Brynea+Sean Wedding Film | An Intimate Texas Wedding

May 2, 2016

You can never control the unpredictable weather in Texas, and Brynea & Sean were not going to let it ruin their wedding. Brynea and Sean are building a family barn next to land where their new home will be built. The plan was to have the ceremony outside next to the beautiful creek but it rained and rained all day Saturday and Sunday. Instead, they decided to have the wedding inside the barn where undoubtedly, they will make many more family memories in the future. Kristin with Events by Kristin, worked her magic and turned the barn into a beautiful ceremony and dinner location for their guests.

It is not often that we get couples who are willing to walk through mud, wet grass, or even stand in a creek, but Brynea and Sean were on board for anything. You could tell these two absolutely loved each other and they had a beautiful family with their two boys and two girls- and nothing was going to get in the way of celebrating that.

Congratulations again Brynea and Sean!

April 22, 2016

This could alternatively be called “The Prettiest Wedding We Have Ever Seen.” You’ll want to make sure you don’t miss this film!
Morgan and Ty met each other during their college days at the University of Auburn. Instantly these two couldn’t stand to be apart from one another. A year after getting engaged, they had their wedding at one of our favorite venues, Arlington Hall at Lee Park. Of course having a Texas wedding in April means you never know what the weather may be, but the rain held off for them to have an insanely beautiful ceremony out on the Allman Pavilion. This wedding couldn’t have been more perfect and we were so happy to be there to capture everything with this incredibly kind, loving, and Godly couple. We also had the privilege to work with Meredith at Significant Events of Texas and her team who always make wedding days PERFECTION.

Congratulations Morgan and Ty! Thank you for choosing us at Splendor Films to be a part of your day- we loved every moment.

Charla+Trey Wedding Film | A Texas Wedding at Rio Roca Ranch

April 18, 2016

“I have never been so sure of anything in my life as I am about marrying you. You are truly the best thing that has ever happened to me, you are the greatest blessing from above and I can’t thank the good Lord enough for bring you into my life”

Charla and Trey met over Instagram and their connection took off from there. These two decided to have tie the knot at Rio Roca Ranch in one of the prettiest parts of Texas. The chapel was nothing short of amazing as it sits on the edge of a hilltop perched above the Brazos river. As the ceremony started, Trey couldn’t hold back the tears before even seeing his soon-to-be wife come down the steps. After the ceremony, we all went to the barn where Hannah from DFW Events and her team, put together a beautiful reception with stunning details throughout the barn. The guests even got to vote for their favorite classic Porsche for the couple to drive away in (courtesy of Charla’s Dad).

Lastly, Charla and Trey didn’t let the cool, wet weather stop us from capturing an amazing portrait session with Sarah Kate, Photographer. They ventured through brush, rocks, mud, tall grass, ….maybe the occasional hidden snake or two, all to get the perfect shot.

We couldn’t be more in love with this wedding film and we know you will be too- enjoy!

The amazing vendor team we got to work with 🙂

Bailey+Kyle Wedding Film | A Wedding at The Brooks at Weatherford

April 8, 2016

Words can’t begin to sum up Bailey and Kyle’s inspiring love shown through their highlight film. These two knew from the moment they met that they had found God’s perfect match for them. Watching their bliss throughout the day was a true testament to that. Kyle’s note to Bailey sums up their adventurous love where every day is a gift:

“Each day that I get to spend with you, I find out that my words don’t begin to do you justice… I knew from the very beginning that you were the most amazing woman. But every day I grew to love you even more. On June 18, 2015, I told you that I loved you and my heart exploded. I didn’t think it could get any better… Bailey today I give you my life, my love, my undying affection, and my heart until my final breath.”

I know. I’m not crying. You’re crying.

These two will truly melt your heart and we know you’ll love this wedding film as much as we do! Thank you, Bailey and Kyle- we consider ourselves lucky to have been able to witness and craft a film for a couple so kind, loving, and who knows how to throw a fabulous dance party!

Diana+Jared Wedding Film | Dallas Wedding at The Nasher Sculpture Center

April 5, 2016

After a month off from weddings we got to film a gorgeous wedding at The Nasher Sculpture Center! Diana and Jared couldn’t have picked a better day in March to have their wedding as it was 70 degrees with clear skies! Diana and her beautiful bridesmaids got ready at Hotel ZaZa while the guys got ready downtown at the Fairmount Dallas. When it was time for the first look, these two couldn’t wait to see each other! I think it is safe to say that Jared loved the dress and of course his beautiful bride. The ceremony took place in the Nasher Hall with a gorgeous backdrop put together by Southern Table Design. After they said “I do”, everyone headed out to the Sculpture Garden where Wendy Kay and her team designed a beautiful reception for the guests. Emerald City had us partying all night until we sent our couple off through a shower of confetti just outside the Nasher. We were so honored to capture their wedding! We wish you two the best and can’t wait for you to share this film for many years to come 🙂

Of course this wedding wouldn’t be possible without the all-star vendors!
